- Lead Complete Searches from initial discussions to successful placements.
- Partner with Clients to thoroughly understand their hiring goals, challenges, and organizational culture.
- Source Talent Strategically by leveraging our cutting-edge CRM/ATS, your own network, and our unique communication tools.
- Utilize Our Suite of Services to oversee candidate management, track communications, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
- Focus on Long-Term Placements that foster substantial value for clients while ensuring lucrative commissions for yourself.
- Engage in Brand Development as we work together to elevate our shared profile.
- Comprehensive Tech Resources: CRM, ATS, and marketing communications seamlessly integrated in one efficient platform.
- Personal Marketing Assistance: We will support your ambitions to enhance your personal brand with bespoke recruiter landing pages, marketing campaigns, and lead generation resources.
- Comprehensive Recruiting Operations Support: Covering everything from contracts and credential verification to content creation and compliance management.

- 2-3+ Years of Agency Recruitment or Consultative Sales Experience
