We are seeking a motivated Property & Casualty Insurance Professional (brokers and risk managers encouraged to apply) to join our growing team. The position allows flexibility, with the potential for remote work 1-2 days a week after a certain tenure, depending on the candidate’s experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Account Management & Service :

• Manage day-to-day servicing for assigned commercial insurance accounts, including policy forms, proposals, change requests, claims reporting, certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, policies, and endorsements
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, provide coverage comparisons, and resolve policy-related questions
• Review policies, endorsements, and related documentation for accuracy and alignment with client needs
• Coordinate with clients, producers, brokers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery

Risk Management & Coverage Analysis :

• Evaluate client insurance programs and risk exposures, including compliance reviews involving financial institutions, leases, and contractor/vendor agreements
• Analyze coverage, identify gaps or potential exposures, and develop recommendations to address client needs
• Prepare loss summaries, risk analysis reports, and other materials to support client and renewal discussions
• Consult with producers and leadership on complex coverage issues and recommendations

Insurance Marketing & Proposal Evaluation :

• Prepare insurance specifications and submission materials for marketing commercial accounts to insurers
• Coordinate the marketing process with brokers and carriers, including gathering underwriting information and responding to requests
• Review and compare insurance proposals, evaluating coverage, terms, premiums, deductibles, and endorsements
• Negotiate with brokers and carriers to obtain competitive and appropriate coverage solutions for clients

Renewal & Client Retention :

• Manage and support the renewal process for assigned and prospective accounts, including ordering updated loss information, completing renewal applications, and preparing renewal proposals and binders
• Work closely with producers throughout the renewal process, including renewal marketing, pricing analysis, and account rounding opportunities
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance coverage, provide additional services, and strengthen client relationships
• Support client retention by delivering responsive service, thoughtful risk management guidance, and tailored insurance solutions

Client & Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, producers, brokers, and insurance carriers
• Communicate proactively with clients regarding coverage options, recommendations, renewals, and other insurance needs
• Participate in client and internal meetings as needed, providing expertise and supporting successful outcomes
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience

Qualifications :

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in Property & Casualty insurance. Experience in risk management consulting is a plus
• Licensing: Property & Casualty Insurance License required
• Certifications: Current industry designation such as CPCU or ARM preferred
• Client-Focused: Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and offer tailored solutions
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Property & Casualty insurance products, risk management strategies, compliance regulations, and claims processing
• Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present, negotiate, and explain complex insurance concepts clearly
• Problem-Solving: Ability to assess complex situations and provide practical, client-focused solutions
