This is a full-time position based out of our Tulsa, OK location. We are looking for someone who brings professionalism to patient-facing work and understands that in a fertility clinic, warmth and composure are not just nice to have, they are part of the care.ScheduleThis position is full-time, at 40 hours per week, working 7:45 am-4:15 pm, Monday through Friday. No nights, no rotating shifts.If you have been looking for meaningful, professional work that fits around your life without sacrificing a predictable routine, this role was built for that.What You’ll DoYou will be a key part of the patient experience at our Tulsa clinic: keeping things moving, keeping patients informed, and keeping the front desk running with care and precision.Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalismCollect service payments and reconcile daily transactionsManage incoming calls and route them accurately to the right teams, prioritizing by urgencyGuide patients through clinic policies and assist with required formsVerify and document insurance benefits and coverage in patient chartsLog all interactions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)Coordinate with care teams on schedule changes and patient flowHandle filing, scanning, and faxing to support clinic operationsUphold HIPAA regulations and maintain strict patient confidentialityWhat We’re Looking ForThis role requires a specific kind of professionalism. Our patients are navigating one of the most emotionally complex experiences of their lives. We need someone who can stay calm and composed under that weight.Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer service in a professional setting; healthcare or clinical front desk experience is a plus but not requiredBilingual in English and Spanish is highly valuedComfort managing competing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environmentThe ability to make patients feel heard and at ease, even when they are stressed or scaredProficiency with EHR systems or a demonstrated ability to learn software quicklyFamiliarity with insurance verification and clinic procedures is a plus; we provide trainingHigh school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferredJoin UsAt MCRM Fertility, your people skills have real stakes and real rewards.
