About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper with strong administrative skills to support a growing US-based healthcare business. While bookkeeping and QuickBooks Online experience are essential, this role also includes client coordination, workflow management, and administrative support.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a structured remote environment, and is excited to grow into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies independently
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with invoicing and payment tracking
• Prepare financial information for management

Administrative Support

• Coordinate client onboarding and ongoing communication
• Manage administrative workflows and internal processes
• Update records across multiple software platforms
• Assist with medical administration and client documentation
• Maintain accurate files and follow detailed SOPs
• Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Current, hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online
• Strong bank reconciliation experience
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Comfortable learning and working across multiple systems
• Previous remote work experience
