Compensation:

$160,000+ at plan earnings

Qualifications:

• Experience in leading and managing a real estate team or brokerage with a proven track record of success.

• Ability to implement and refine operational systems that enhance productivity and support long-term growth.

• Proven track record of developing innovative strategies to expand agent networks and increase sales.

• Strong capability to foster a supportive and collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning.

• Proficiency in utilizing cutting-edge technology to improve client experiences and satisfaction.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive.

• Experience in cultivating strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business reputation and reach.

• Must have a valid Real Estate License to work with clients and earn commissions.

• A broker's license is required.

• Brokerage and agents must be ethical and have good morals.

• Real estate licenses are required for practicing real estate agents, per state compliance.

• Must live within driving distance of the office.
