VDC Coordinator

We are seeking two experienced VDC Coordinators to join a large-scale data center project in Saline, MI. These individuals will be responsible for supporting BIM/VDC coordination across multiple disciplines, including process piping, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-discipline BIM/VDC coordination across mechanical, electrical, and process piping systems.
• Run clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and Revit.
• Facilitate coordination between design teams, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Identify and resolve clashes and constructability issues.
• Maintain and update BIM models to reflect field conditions.
• Attend and support coordination meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans and project standards.

Essential Skills

• 3–8+ years of BIM/VDC coordination or modeling experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
• Experience supporting construction-phase coordination.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Background in mechanical, electrical, or piping systems preferred.
• Data center or industrial project experience is a plus.

Work Environment

The position will be onsite full-time at the Saline Data Center, operating Monday through Friday, from 7am to 5:30pm, with occasional Saturdays. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
