Competitive salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision) 401(k) with firm match Paid time off and holidays Collegial, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Job Details Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of litigation, from case initiation through trial and post-trial matters Prepare, organize, and index trial exhibits, witness binders, and demonstrative evidence Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including witness outlines, trial notebooks, and courtroom logistics Coordinate and manage discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests Conduct legal research and cite-checking as needed Draft, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Manage document review and e-discovery platforms Prepare deposition summaries and assist with deposition logistics Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and court filing requirements (state and federal) Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and expert witnesses as needed Provide on-site trial support, including attending trial as needed Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of experience working as a litigation paralegal Demonstrated experience assisting attorneys through actual trial proceedings (not just pre-trial litigation) Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules and procedures Proficiency with litigation support software and e-discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Trial Director, or similar) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
