Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Pay: $43.25 - $69.19 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
Summary:
Manages daily clinical operations of ambulatory departments to ensure alignment with specialty department and organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
Executes specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
Manages clinic staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
Adheres to departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems, equipment, and supplies purchases; monitors usage and oversees proper working order and stock supplies.
Drives and is accountable for adherence and improvement to quality of patient care delivered and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physician leadership, and other departments.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.
3 years of nursing experience. 1 year of supervisory experience.
BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
