Global Marketing Program Manager

A company is looking for a Staff Global MarCom Program Manager to lead a team of program managers in delivering marketing assets for Life Sciences and Clinical Diagnostics. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of program managers, establishing best practices for program delivery Provide program leadership for complex global marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient execution across channels Collaborate with stakeholders to translate campaign strategies into coordinated execution plans and monitor performance Required Qualifications 10+ years of program or project management experience in marketing or creative operations Experience in leading or mentoring program/project managers and building high-performing teams Strong understanding of marketing campaign development and multi-channel execution Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency Experience in global organizations preferred; Life Sciences or Healthcare experience is a plus
