Screens, interviews and registers prospective professional candidates. Submits and reviews candidates with the hiring manager. Assists in negotiating salaries and satisfying customers needs. Handles multiple requests simultaneously and provides professional support to managers. Able to understand and advance company compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies. Uses Workday on the daily as ATS and HRIS. Excel ability to read and use pivots. Will be recruiting for insurance member contact mid and senior roles. Phone screens with candidates, candidate presentation to leaders.
