Overview Advanced Practice Provider (PA / FNP) – Lead the Future of Patient Care Location: On-site in Detroit, MI. This role may be considered for locations across multiple sites in Southeast Michigan. Most locations are within a 15–20 minute drive from our HQ in Southfield. A screening question will ask for your preferred location; however, placement at that location cannot be guaranteed. Post-Training: Option to transition to a 4-day, 10-hour schedule. What You’ll Do Own patient care: Examine patients, gather health histories, and evaluate their physical condition to make informed diagnoses and treatment decisions. Collaborate with physicians: Prescribe therapy or medications with physician approval and coordinate care to deliver comprehensive treatment plans. Lead diagnostic efforts: Administer and interpret diagnostic tests (x-rays, EKGs, lab work) to diagnose issues. Provide holistic care: Counsel patients on health regimens, growth and development, family planning, and preventative care. Perform procedures: Deliver essential care with injections, suturing, wound care, and immunizations. Supervise and coordinate: Lead technicians and assistants, ensuring smooth and effective operations. Requirements What You’ll Bring: 2–5 years of experience in Primary Care and Pediatrics (preferred). MI PA or FNP licensure (required). Master’s Degree in a related field. A strong commitment to patient care, ongoing learning, and compassionate care. Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt while keeping patient outcomes front and center.
