Part Time Physical Therapist with Potential for Full Time Centurion Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced, personable, and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. We are an established, patient-focused practice committed to providing thoughtful, individualized care. We are not a high-volume, one-size-fits-all approach. We value clinical expertise, evidence-based practice, and developing meaningful relationships with our patients. This position will begin part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. What we're looking for: New York State licensed Physical Therapist Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience Strong orthopedic and musculoskeletal evaluation and treatment skills including manual therapy Ability to develop individualized treatment programs tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals while incorporating current scientific evidence and best clinical practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A clinician who is motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working independently A commitment to providing attentive, high-quality, patient-centered care The Role: You will evaluate and treat a diverse patient population, including individuals with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions. Our therapists are encouraged to use their clinical expertise and judgment to provide thoughtful, individualized care while continually progressing treatment based on each patient’s response and goals. Responsibilities include patient evaluation and treatment, development and progression of plans of care, patient education and home exercise prescription, timely clinical documentation, and communication with physicians and other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
