This full-time position allows for flexible working arrangements, primarily through remote therapy sessions, while also providing the opportunity to work in our modern outpatient office in Chandler, Arizona. The effective candidate will earn between USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, contingent upon experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include working directly with couples and their families. This will involve:

• Conducting individual and joint therapy sessions, addressing issues that may be affecting family dynamics.

• Specializing in treatment areas such as alcohol abuse, conflicts among family members, grief and loss, and psychological disorders.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and methodologies to develop tailored therapeutic plans and interventions for individuals and families.
\n
• Maintaining comprehensive client records, documenting progress and treatment modifications effectively.
\n
• Participating in team meetings and case reviews to foster interdisciplinary collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Melody Mend, you will primarily work with diverse populations, including adults and children/adolescents facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges. Our clients include those dealing with:

• Blended families and remarriages.
\n
• Separation and divorce adjustments, along with associated conflicts.
\n
• Communication difficulties and mother/daughter conflicts.
\n
• Job-related stress, medical issues, and the complexities of grief.
\n
• Family disputes and psychological trauma.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in outpatient therapy settings, particularly with couples and family dynamics. While we welcome newly licensed therapists, those with established backgrounds in diverse therapeutic modalities or specialties will be highly regarded. Flexibility in scheduling to meet client needs is essential, with opportunities to work 30 hours or more per week.
