The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and executing marketing strategies that address both the operational and strategic needs of high-growth companies. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive demand generation, market positioning, product marketing and operations and optimize conversion processes to generate pipeline and progress from qualified lead to closed-won business. You will work cross-functionally with our Sales, SDR, Product, and Channels teams to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan designed to elevate our market position, build our enterprise presence, and drive long-term revenue growth. As a data-driven innovator, you will leverage your deep understanding of performance marketing and analytics, along with AI, to continually optimize the marketing funnel, improve conversion rates, and ensure a measurable ROI from every campaign and event. This includesowning digital,demand gen,content andproduct marketing, brand, communications,social media,channel marketing,operationsand the Website. You willcraft compelling valuepropositions,differentiatedmessagingand channel strategies tailored tothe enterprise.You willown the full demandgeneration lifecycle. From event or campaign creation to systematic follow-up onmarketinggenerated leads, ensuring that the pipelineis nurtured, tracked, and converted toSales. Establish clear processes for follow-ups, improving conversion atevery stage of theSales funnel. Innovate with Data-Driven Decisions : Leverage data analytics, along with AI to evaluate theperformance of marketing programs and guide strategic decisions. Use insights to refine messaging,optimizethe marketing funnel, and measure the success of every marketing initiative. Collaborate Across Departments : Partner closely with Sales, Product, andChannels to ensure marketing effortsare alignedwithsales objectives. Developgo-to-market strategies for new initiatives and products that resonate withenterprise customers. Track & Optimize Key Performance Metrics : Define and own key performanceindicators (KPIs) that ensure marketing activities directly contribute to revenuegrowth. Be accountable for measuring, tracking, andreporting onperformance,continuouslyoptimizingbased on data. Lead the Charge in Marketing Innovation : Stay ahead of the curve in emergingmarketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Continuously experiment withand implementnew marketinginitiatives and AIt hat can drive growth and differentiateAnalyst1in the competitive landscape. What you’ll bring 8-10+ years of marketing leadership experience, ideally in B2B SaaS and Cybersecurity, with a proven track record of successfully leading marketing strategy and execution for driving revenue growth, from $10 million to $50 million or more. Experience scaling a company into the enterprise market and successfully executing on a comprehensive and integrated growth strategy. Expert in demand generation , funnel optimization, and multi-channel marketing strategies with hands-on experience using modern marketing tools and technologies. Strong product marketing skills, including ICP, positioning, messaging, value props, segmentation, vertical marketing, analyst relations, thought leadership, customer insights, competitive analysis, battle cards, and informing the product roadmap. Proven ability to measure and track campaign effectiveness , with a clear focus on converting leads into sales. Exceptional leadership , collaboration, and communication skills ; a track record of building and managing high-performing teams. Ability to design, execute, and optimize scalable marketing processes and implement AI to drive measurable business results. Demonstrated use of analytics and insights to optimize performance, whether doubling down on successful efforts or quickly curtailing non-productive tactics. Bonus if you have Experience in the evolving Cyber Threat Intelligence market. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $200k - $250k + Performance Based Incentive Plan. Analyst1 salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, location and relevant education or training.
