Human Resources Generalist

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Hybrid Entry-Level Human Resources Generalist. This role focuses on supporting recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, policy compliance, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and candidate coordination
• Assist with employee onboarding and orientation
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and employee programs
• Respond to employee HR-related questions
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Assist with policy implementation and compliance activities
• Maintain confidential personnel information
• Prepare HR reports and workforce documentation
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders
• Support HR projects and administrative initiatives
• Perform additional human resources and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in human resources, administration, recruiting, customer service, or related roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR information systems (HRIS)
• Ability to manage confidential information professionally
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
