Business Intelligence Manager

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to support product analytics and data-driven business decisions. The ideal candidate will analyze product and user data, develop dashboards and reports, identify business opportunities, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business and product data using SQL to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking. Build and maintain data pipelines and data assets, ensuring data accuracy and reliability. Partner with Product, UX, Reporting, and other cross-functional teams to support business decisions. Use data storytelling to present complex findings clearly and influence stakeholders. Support product discovery, experimentation, performance monitoring, and optimization. Apply Product/UX thinking to understand user behavior and improve product outcomes. Identify opportunities proactively and provide recommendations based on data. Work with web analytics tools and other analytics technologies as needed. Must-Have Skills: SQL Power BI Data Storytelling Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building Web Analytics Tools Product/UX analytics experience Preferred: Automotive industry experience Product Management or UX experience Experience with experimentation/A-B testing and statistical analysis Strong communication and presentation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Partners Personnel
