School Nurse (RN) - Summer Program - Lennox, CA

Job Description Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse ready to shape brighter futures? The Stepping Stones Group is seeking dedicated School-Based RNs to support students in Lennox, CA for the Extended School Year (Summer School). The position would start as soon as possible and runs through July 10, 2026, with a schedule of 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri. In this role, you're not just providing care-you're promoting confidence, health, and wellness that helps students thrive in and out of the classroom. Minimum Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in CA Graduate of an accredited ADN or BSN program Current BLS CPR/AED certification Knowledge of nurse delegation practices and state scope-of-practice regulations Must be comfortable with Pediatric Diabetic Management (typically Type 1 Diabetes). Pediatric, school-based, or community health experience preferred What You'll Do Monitor students with chronic medical needs including Type 1 Diabetes and students with acute medical needs. Utilize CGM's to monitor blood sugars as well as Pod/Pump systems for insulin administration for diabetic students.
