Director of Growth & Engagement We are seeking a data‑driven, hands‑on leader to direct paid performance marketing and app store optimization for Bleacher Report’s digital products. Responsibilities Own and scale all paid acquisition channels (paid social, search, programmatic, app install networks) focusing on CAC and LTV optimization. Develop full‑funnel strategies to drive high‑quality user growth and engagement. Lead budget allocation, forecasting, and pacing across channels to maximize efficiency and incrementality. Test and iterate on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to unlock performance gains. Partner cross‑functionally to define measurement frameworks. Own ASO strategy across App Store and Google Play, including listing experimentation, keyword strategy, competitive positioning. Partner with product and design to align store presence with in‑app experience and growth goals. Manage and develop a small team of growth marketers across performance marketing and ASO. Qualifications 7-10+ years in growth marketing, product marketing, performance marketing, or mobile app marketing. Deep expertise in paid acquisition channels and mobile attribution (Branch, AppsFlyer, etc.). Proven track record optimizing CAC, LTV, and ROAS at scale. Strong hands‑on experience with ASO tools and strategies. Experience managing agencies and external partners. Prior people management experience (direct management of at least 1‑2 team members). Highly analytical, comfortable using data to drive decisions and influence stakeholders. Experience in consumer apps, media, sports, or engagement‑driven platforms. Benefits & Compensation Pay Range: $122,500.00 – $227,500.00 per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentives, and program‑specific awards.
