Technology Operations Specialist

To support the VP of Technology in a remote capacity, the full-time Technology Operations Specialist will manage day-to-day operations across platforms such as Asana and Cvent, coordinate with vendors, and ensure effective communication and organizational discipline within the technology team. Key Responsibilities Administer Asana by managing user roles, project timelines, and troubleshooting issues Oversee user access and administrative tasks in Cvent, acting as the internal contact for operational questions Coordinate with the managed service provider for Microsoft 365 administration and manage vendor relationships for technology procurement Required Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in technology operations, IT coordination, or business systems support Hands-on experience with project management platforms, preferably Asana Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and comfort in navigating the admin environment Demonstrated ability to manage external vendors and service providers effectively Strong organizational skills with a focus on clear, documented communication
