THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
· Responsible for Credit Risk Functions.
· Oversee quality systems.
· Assist bankers in business development strategies, pricing and identifying target markets.
· Update Credit Policy.
· Act as a support role for the management of the Problem Loan Resolution process for all loan portfolios.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
- 3+ Years of Experience in a Credit Role.
- 3+ Years of Experience with Loan Review and/or experience in policy and procedure.
- Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
