Position: Accounting Specialist
Pay: $30/hr
Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Location: Guntown, MS

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure transaction accuracy
Conduct account analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies
Assist with accrual accounting and ensure compliance with standards
Support financial audits by providing documentation and explanations
Collaborate to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency
Mentor junior staff on accounting practices as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
Proven expertise in accrual accounting and financial reporting
Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation processes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
