Accounting Supervisor

Position: Accounting Supervisor
Pay: $50.00/hour (Contract)

Location: Guntown, MS

Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Accounting Supervisor to start IMMEDIATELY at $50.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

• Lead key accounting functions including financial reporting, ledger management, and compliance with GAAP
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
• Support cash flow management and banking transactions
• Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and inventory valuation
• Assist with audits, internal controls, and ensure SOX compliance
• Maintain ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365), troubleshoot issues, and optimize data accuracy
• Coach and develop accounting team members; support continuous process improvements
• Collaborate with various departments to support operational and financial goals
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making

Qualifications:

• Strong background in Financial Accounting & Reporting
• Experience managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting and inventory procedures
• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Leadership skills and ability to support process improvements
