Administrative Assistant

Medix

We are seeking a candidate to join our fast paced team as an Administrative Assistant to assist in the daily office duties. This consists of Data Entry, Scheduling, Client Inquiries, Contractor Inquiries and assignments from the Office Manager, Operations Manager and Owners of the Company.

KNOWLEDGE:
You Must Possess a Desire to Excel at your work and have Excellent Attention to Detail! Quality, Accuracy and Speed are absolutely Required! When assigned work is complete, the ideal candidate Will seek more assignments.Computer Knowledge is Paramount! Microsoft Office, Internet, Email etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
•Must be an independent worker with a strong attention to detail.
•Strong computer skills; including Microsoft Word and Excel.
•Ability to interface easily with a diversity of people.
•Outstanding time management skills.
•College Degree preferred but not a deal breaker.
•Must be local and have reliable transportation.
