Position: Senior Construction Litigation Attorney Location: Atlanta, GA | Hybrid flexibility Experience: 5+ years, ideally 6–10+ years Billable Requirement: 1,850 hours annually About: I’m working with a well-established, growing law firm seeking a Senior Construction Litigation Attorney to join its collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator who is ready to take ownership of complex matters and work directly with sophisticated clients. What You’ll Do Independently manage complex construction litigation and arbitration matters . Represent general contractors, owners, architects, and subcontractors. Handle sophisticated multiparty and contractual disputes . Manage matters from initial case strategy through resolution. Work directly with clients and develop strong client relationships. Handle discovery, motions, negotiations, and other substantive litigation responsibilities. Take increasing ownership of matters while working alongside experienced partners. Gain exposure to construction disputes involving both private and government-related projects. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of litigation experience. Active license to practice law in the State of Georgia. Meaningful construction litigation experience strongly preferred . Experience handling complex, multiparty disputes.
