A well-established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Of Counsel or Partner-level attorney to join its Construction Litigation practice. The ideal candidate will be able to independently manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution, including negotiations, mediations, settlements, and trial. You'll have the support of an experienced trial attorney while maintaining significant autonomy over your cases.

Represent clients in complex construction-related litigation matters.

Handle cases through all phases of litigation, including trial preparation and resolution.

Work with clients on a wide variety of commercial construction projects, including hospitals, stadiums, retail developments, shopping centers, multifamily housing, and other large-scale projects.

Significant litigation experience, ideally with a background in construction law or complex commercial litigation.

Hybrid flexibility with work-from-home options when needed.

Collaborative office culture that values in-person interaction to foster strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
