A prestigious law firm is seeking an Associate with 2 to 4 years of experience in general commercial litigation, with a specific focus on insurance coverage analysis, litigation, and class actions. The ideal candidate will have prior law firm experience, particularly in drafting insurance coverage opinions and litigating insurance coverage and bad faith suits, as well as class action litigation.
2 to 4 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a strong emphasis on insurance coverage and class action litigation.
- Experience in drafting insurance coverage opinions and handling bad faith suits or class action cases is highly preferred.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Strong academic credentials.
Proven ability to perform complex legal research and analysis.
