Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Baltimore, MD, for an Account Executive. The primary responsibilities include developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their catering needs, and coordinating events to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves managing client accounts, creating proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and overseeing seamless event execution. The Account Executive will also track sales trends, pursue new business opportunities, and maintain a high level of professionalism while representing the company. Qualifications Strong sales and business development skills, including account management and client relationship‑building. Event planning and coordination experience with attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams effectively. Organizational and project management capabilities with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering quality outcomes. Self‑motivated, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the catering, hospitality, or event planning industry is essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
