Power BI Developer

Required Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with Power BI including report development, dashboard design, data modeling, and performance optimization. Advanced knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Experience with Microsoft Azure data services and cloud-based BI solutions. Experience with Sigma analytics platform. Experience with Qlik Sense for data visualization and reporting. Strong understanding of BI development lifecycle, reporting standards, and data analytics best practices. Preferred Skills Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Knowledge of Azure Synapse Analytics. Experience working with enterprise data warehouse and cloud analytics environments. Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain complex Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions. Gather business requirements and collaborate with clients to understand reporting needs and define technical solutions. Translate business requirements into effective data models, visualizations, and reporting frameworks. Develop optimized SQL queries and data solutions to support BI reporting needs. Work with Azure-based data platforms to implement scalable analytics solutions. Perform data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of BI solutions. Ensure report accuracy, usability, and adherence to business and technical standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, data engineers, and technical stakeholders. Required Experience 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Reporting solutions. Extensive experience with Power BI, SQL, and Azure. Experience working directly with clients for requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation.
