Enhance your expertise in a dynamic, growth-oriented organization.Job DescriptionOverviewContribute to a dynamic financial services firm by ensuring accurate fund operations and reporting.Play a key role in managing fund closes, reconciliations, and compliance processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize accounting workflows and systems.Engage with third-party administrators and auditors to ensure seamless operations.Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.Work in a hybrid environment, combining remote flexibility with in-office collaboration.Join a growth-oriented organization offering robust career advancement opportunities.Key Responsibilities & DutiesLead monthly and quarterly fund close processes with precision and timeliness.Prepare and review capital calls, distributions, and investor allocation schedules.Calculate and analyze management fees, incentive fees, and fund economics.Coordinate the preparation of financial statements and reporting packages.Manage year-end audits and liaise effectively with external auditors.Support regulatory filings and client reporting requirements with accuracy.Oversee deliverables from third-party administrators, ensuring quality and timeliness.Identify and implement workflow enhancements to improve operational processes.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferred.2–4 years of fund accounting or audit experience within alternative investments.Proficiency in fund accounting systems such as Allvue, Investran, or similar.Advanced Excel skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Strong knowledge of US GAAP and regulatory compliance standards.Excellent communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders and teams.Commitment to excellence, teamwork, and integrity in all responsibilities.
