Details Work in the Interventional Radiology Lab supporting cardiologists, radiologists, and registered nurses 4x10 hour day shifts with variable start times between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM Rotating schedule includes every 3rd weekend On-call as needed Setting includes diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab, EP lab, hybrid OR, and interventional radiology/special procedures Any charting system experience accepted Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience required Current ACLS and BLS certification required Fluoroscopy Permit required CA state license required if applicable Proficiency in vascular access and central line care and maintenance Experience with a broad range of interventional radiology and cardiac cath lab procedures including angioplasty, embolization, stent placement, TAVR, PCI, and IVC filter placement Experience with equipment such as GE Innova IGS, Siemens imaging systems, and PACS Ability to perform sterile scrub procedures and maintain infection control standards Additional Information Provide technical support and patient care during interventional radiology and cardiac procedures under physician supervision May mentor and train students Responsibilities include acting as room circulator and maintaining sterile field during procedures Adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations to ensure patient privacy and safety Accepts local candidates at local rate within a 50-mile radius Returning employees must have a 1-year separation before returning as a traveler Maximum RTO of 7 days per contract with only 1 holiday request approved per contract Must complete required lab work within 3-5 days of contract signing American Traveler Job ID #P-738778.
