Operations Coordinator

Crestfield Talent is seeking an organized Operations Coordinator to support daily business activity internal workflows project follow-up and cross-team coordination.

This hybrid role is a good fit for someone who is detail-oriented communicates clearly and can keep multiple operational priorities moving at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational tasks and internal requests
• Track deadlines open items and follow-up activity
• Maintain accurate records trackers and business documentation
• Support scheduling meetings and team coordination
• Update information in internal systems and spreadsheets
• Assist with process documentation and routine reporting
• Coordinate with different departments on operational needs
• Help resolve routine workflow issues and delays

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

• Previous operations project support or business coordination experience is preferred
