Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Lowland Behavioral Health Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of individuals, couples, and families to determine their mental health needs and treatment goals.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
\n
• Providing therapy sessions that may include individual, couple, and family therapy to address a diverse range of issues including, but not limited to, conflict resolution, grief and loss, and adjustment to major life changes.

• Utilizing telemedicine tools to conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients in various locations.

• Fostering a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and challenges.
\n
• Monitoring client progress and effectively modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Engaging in professional development and participating in team meetings to share insights and strategies for improved patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide therapeutic services to a diverse population, including adults and adolescents dealing with a variety of issues such as relationship conflicts, job stress, medical problems, trauma, and the complexities associated with blended families. Your role is pivotal in helping clients navigate their mental health challenges and achieve healthier interpersonal dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active LMFT license in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
