Location: West Hollywood, CA
Job Type: Contract
Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians and healthcare providers with patient care.
- Take vital signs and obtain patient history.
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
- Perform basic clinical tasks such as injections, specimen collection, and EKGs as required.
- Schedule appointments and assist with patient check-in/check-out.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Follow HIPAA, infection-control, and safety protocols.
- Communicate professionally with patients and healthcare staff.
Requirements:
- Medical Assistant certification preferred/required based on facility.
- Previous outpatient/clinic experience preferred.
- EMR/EHR experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
