Hybrid working environment with 4 days in NYC or Greenwich, CT office.Job DescriptionThe Fund Formation Attorney will work with the General Counsel and other members of the legal team. The role is focused on representing private funds on legal, compliance and regulatory issues, mainly: capital raising, marketing, investor relations, fund formation and structuring, corporate transactional matters and contracts.Draft and negotiate a wide variety of agreements with internal and external clients, including: private fund offering materials, partnership agreements and other private fund legal documentationAssist the legal team with regulatory matters, including regulatory filingsManage outside counselReview marketing materials for SEC and FINRA complianceDraft and review NDAs and other contractsPage Executive is the global executive search, senior leadership recruitment, and executive advisory arm of PageGroup plc.
