Outreach Marketing Specialist (Apartment Community)

Position Overview We’re looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Outreach Marketing Specialist to increase brand awareness, drive qualified traffic, and support leasing efforts for our apartment community. This role focuses on building local partnerships, planning outreach initiatives, and executing marketing strategies that connect with prospective residents. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, employers, schools, and community organizations to generate referrals and leads Plan and execute outreach campaigns, resident events, and community promotions Represent the property at local events, networking opportunities, and housing fairs Collaborate with the leasing team to align marketing efforts with occupancy goals Track and report on outreach activities, leads, and conversion performance Assist with digital marketing efforts, including social media engagement and online reputation management Create marketing materials such as flyers, email campaigns, and promotional content Identify new outreach opportunities and partnerships to increase visibility Skills & Competencies Relationship building and networking Creative thinking and problem-solving Time management and organization Sales-minded with a customer-focused approach Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly #J-18808-Ljbffr BRIDGEVIEW MULTIFAMILY LLC
