We are seeking a detail-oriented Attorney Services Assistant who has knowledge and/or experience with process serving procedures. This role will help manage client orders, ensuring compliance with legal procedures, and maintaining efficient workflows.

Reliable Document Retrieval is a nationwide public records research company located in Midtown Sacramento. It is a very relaxed but highly productive office.  We are a very customer service forward company that provides property, business and court searches.  We have recently expanded to include more attorney type services. These include Professional Photocopying Services, Process Serving and Messenger Services. We are registered and bonded to provide all these services.  We are looking for someone to help us run this department and help get it more established and productive. The position will start out as part time and as the department grows move into a full-time position. Once full-time benefits will be available.     

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily workload personally
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness to every client order   
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients
• Willing to help expand the department through personal contact with potential clients
• Develop and implement departmental policies, workflows, and best practices  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal regulations and filing requirements 

Qualifications

• Knowledge of service processing procedures 
• Familiarity with legal terminology, documentation, and compliance standards
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
