Job Opportunity – General Medicine Provider – Arkansas

Location: Forrest City and Helena, Arkansas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: PRN basis; Forrest City 1 day per week, Helena 2 days per week; flexible half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) shifts

Highlights:

• Perform Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments for Veterans
• Interview-based exams with physical assessments including range of motion and muscle strength testing
• No prescribing or treatment required
• Quick credentialing and onboarding process
• Must have own office within 40-50 mile radius of listed cities
• One-time bonus for completing training and first exams

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Arkansas medical license
• Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, or related general medicine specialty
• National certification (AANP or equivalent)
• Proficiency in METs testing, respiratory, and cardiovascular evaluation
• Own laptop (no Mac/Apple products)
• Willing to complete DMA training and certification
• Own office space that meets accessibility and safety requirements
• Self-Query NPDB completed within 30 days
