Security Solutions Sales Executive (Richmond)

Endurance IT Services is seeking an experienced, results-driven Security Solutions Sales Executive to drive new business growth throughout Central Virginia and surrounding markets.

This role is focused on developing new client relationships, generating revenue, and helping organizations improve security through access control, video surveillance, managed IT services, cybersecurity solutions, and integrated technology offerings. We are looking for a hunter who is comfortable prospecting, networking, building relationships, and closing business while serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

Location: Based out of Ashland, VA with regular travel throughout the assigned territory

This is a sales-focused role . We are seeking candidates with business development, account executive, outside sales, or consultative sales experience within the physical security industry. Candidates whose backgrounds are primarily IT support, network administration, cybersecurity, engineering, or technical operations without a proven track record in sales may not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, community involvement, and industry events
• Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Build strong relationships with business leaders, facility managers, operations teams, and key decision-makers
• Conduct discovery meetings, site assessments, and client presentations
• Identify client challenges and recommend security and technology solutions that align with business objectives
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close
• Present and sell access control, video surveillance, managed IT services, cybersecurity solutions, and related technologies
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and operations teams to develop customer-focused solutions
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and account activity within the CRM platform
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to expand market presence and generate opportunities
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales, business development, account management, or consultative sales experience
• Experience selling physical security solutions, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, alarm systems, or related technologies
• Demonstrated success generating new business and closing deals
• Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar tools
• Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
• Physical security industry sales experience is strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing network of contacts within commercial, healthcare, education, government, or enterprise markets
• Knowledge of leading security platforms and manufacturers such as Verkada, Avigilon, Genetec, LenelS2, Honeywell, Axis, Brivo, or similar solutions
• Experience selling recurring revenue services, managed services, or service agreements
• Experience working with technology integrators, security providers, or related solution-based sales organizations
