Director of Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance

CSL

CSL is seeking a Director of Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance to lead technical operations supporting our biotechnology and plasma‑derived therapies. This role oversees manufacturing engineering, maintenance, reliability, and capital projects to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient production. You will define strategy for equipment lifecycle, automation, and continuous improvement while ensuring GMP compliance and inspection readiness. Partnering with global and site leaders, you’ll develop high‑performing teams, optimize plant performance, manage budgets, and drive innovation in a highly regulated, patient‑focused environment.
