Pharmaceutical Sales Associate - San Francisco, CA We are excited to be hiring for a Pharmaceutical Sales Associate (Entry-Level) role. This entry‑level sales associate will maintain relationships within primary care offices to supply patient materials and vouchers, provide in‑office education, and achieve service and sales objectives through live customer calls. Responsibilities Achieve service and sales goals by implementing marketing strategies in assigned region. Analyze performance and adjust business plan and approach accordingly. Maintain and update current and prospective target profiles and call records in CRM. Keep current with market knowledge and competitive products. Successfully complete required training and team meetings. Plan, organize, and prioritize activities to meet service/sales goals for assigned targets. Demonstrate mastery of customer engagement skills to provide outstanding service. Make accurate and timely submission of all timekeeping, call activity, expense reports, and sample activity. Comply with corporate policies and SOPs, and applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year accredited college or university required. 1‑year of customer service experience preferred. Preferred background: military, college extracurricular leadership, competitive sports, strong communication and active listening skills, and rapport building skills. Knowledge, Skills & Core Competencies Drive and enthusiasm to connect with and support customers. Ability to build relationships with customers and internal partners. Collaborate within a team environment. Decision‑making and critical‑thinking skills. Time‑management, planning, prioritization, and multitasking. Professional execution of field sales activities with promotional guidelines. Technology agility: Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Compensation & Benefits The potential base pay range for this role is $55,000–$63,000 annually. Incentive plans, bonuses, and other compensation may be offered.
