Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidenced-based therapeutic interventions to clients through individual and group therapy sessions. Tailor treatment modalities to meet the unique needs of each client based on assessments and therapy goals.

• Document all client interactions promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements. This includes writing biopsychosocial assessments, creating treatment plans, setting weekly goals, and drafting progress notes.

• Develop aftercare plans in collaboration with clients, aimed at supporting their continued growth and stability after discharge.
\n
• Maintain regular communication with clients’ families and external providers, where appropriate, to ensure seamless continuity of care and support.

• Stay informed of best practices and advances in the mental health field by actively participating in supervision, case reviews, and professional training programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on clients dealing with a variety of mental and behavioral health challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will also work with individuals who are facing substance use challenges and co-occurring disorders. Providing compassionate care tailored to individual needs will be essential to their recovery process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT).
\n
• At least 2 years of relevant experience working in clinical settings with a focus on mental health and behavioral challenges.

• Strong understanding of treatment modalities for co-occurring disorders, individual and group therapy, and substance abuse interventions.

• Ability to maintain utmost professionalism, inclusive of strong boundaries and confidentiality in client interactions.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders.

• Familiarity with documentation and treatment planning software.
