Vice President of Sales Enablement (Hybrid)
Lead Strategy. Develop Talent. Drive Sales Performance.
An established, growth-oriented organization is seeking to add a strategic, hands-on Vice President of Sales Enablement to build and lead programs that strengthen sales effectiveness, improve productivity, and drive measurable business results. The company is growing YOY and is winning customers due to its strong service commitment and ability to provide a quality, in-demand product.
This high-impact leadership role partners with executive leadership, Sales, and Marketing to equip sales teams with the training, tools, messaging, and processes needed to win new business, grow existing accounts, and improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales enablement strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Lead and develop the sales enablement team, establishing clear goals and accountability.
- Build sales training, onboarding, coaching programs, playbooks, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to strengthen value propositions, sales messaging, and customer-facing content.
- Use CRM data, conversion rates, win rates, and sales cycle metrics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve sales tools, processes, account growth, and customer experience.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales enablement, sales leadership, training, or related commercial roles.
- Proven success building and scaling enablement programs that deliver measurable results.
- Strong B2B sales knowledge, coaching capabilities, and change management skills.
- Experience leading teams and partnering with senior leadership.
- Salesforce experience is a strong plus , along with familiarity with sales analytics and enablement technology.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Ability to travel 25% if needed
