$80,000 - $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the listing process to ensure properties are marketed effectively and efficiently.
• Oversee daily operations to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity.
• Collaborate with agents to develop innovative strategies for client engagement and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards in all transactions.
• Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights that drive business growth.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to create compelling property presentations and promotional materials.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

• We're looking for an organized, polished, and confident team player with 3+ years of experience and an active real estate license (preferred) who has supported another agent or team and is ready to elevate their career.
• Emotional intelligence, clear communication, and attentive listening are essential to this role, along with the capacity to manage many moving pieces without losing sight of the details.
• You're tech-savvy, know your strengths are in supporting others, and thrive when helping your team succeed, all while enjoying inspiring views of mid-century modern architecture.
