What You'll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal care for infants, including those born before 28 weeks
• Manage respiratory support, including ventilator settings and adjustments
• Administer medications using hospital systems (Pyxis) such as vasopressors, surfactants, steroids
• Perform and monitor procedures like arterial lines, central lines, and interventions for neonatal abstinence syndrome
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, pharmacists, therapists, and social services
• Document care accurately in EPIC and communicate effectively using SBAR
• Handle complex neonate cases, including cardiac and surgical patients

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license or RN license from a state with multistate privileges
• BLS and NRP certifications (current)
• Minimum 1 year of NICU Level III/IV experience preferred
• Proficiency in neonatal respiratory and IV therapies, infection control, and neonatal procedures
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
