Work Environment

You will work onsite in our fully-equipped rehabilitation center, known for its modern and welcoming atmosphere. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 2 PM to 8 PM, allowing for a consistent routine that balances work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy by managing the comprehensive care process for assigned patients in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize goal attainment and engage patients in their recovery journey.
• Direct and provide most aspects of physical therapy treatments, ensuring continuity of care throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Perform evaluations and therapeutic interventions in accordance with established laws, ethical codes, and best practices to promote effective patient outcomes.
• Monitor and assess patients' therapeutic and functional status, contributing to the overall treatment plan to facilitate optimal rehabilitation results.
• Provide skilled therapeutic care, which may include at-home visits, utilizing techniques designed to improve the patient's condition and functionality based on the physician's recommendations.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and devices to enhance recovery outside of therapy sessions.
• Oversee caseload management, determining daily staffing needs and coordinating patient assignments effectively.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in California is required.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program is necessary.
• Candidates must obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
• No prior experience in physical therapy is necessary, making this position ideal for recent graduates eager to grow their careers.

Preferred Experience
