The salary range for this temp position is $38.50 - $45.00 per hour. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and San Francisco location. This is a hybrid role based in our downtown San Francisco office – Tues through Thursday in-office, with Monday and Friday remote. The Kendo house of brands currently includes:Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, Fenty Eau de Parfum, Fenty Hair, Ole Henriksen, Lip Lab. SUMMARY As the Temp Associate Project Manager for a new product launch you will be responsible for planning and tracking progress through the entire lifecycle of a product, from concept to delivery. Through close partnerships with the Product Development, Packaging, Procurement, Sourcing, Regulatory and Creative partners you will ensure new products are successfully launched on time. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for establishing a timeline for delivering new products across multiple channels and brands. Create and manage detailed project plans complete with dependencies/predecessors, owners, deadlines, and duration. Drive issues to resolution through partnerships and creative problem solving; use rigorous logic and method to solve difficult problems with effective solution. Perform risk assessment to ensure project remains on-time and in budget. Build partnerships both internally and externally to establish a plan for delivering new products. Responsible for keeping key partners up to date on the progress of projects, risks and issues in a timely manner and driving the team to completion of all deliverables. REQUIREMENTS 2+ years project management experience, in consumer packaged goods (CPG) Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders including cross-functional partners and third-party vendors. Experience in Cosmetics, Personal Care, Health & Beauty is preferred Proven track record of taking ownership, creative problem solving, and driving results Ability to work in fast-paced, often-changing environment Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Position Type Full-time undefined EEO is the Law #J-18808-Ljbffr
