Receptionist - Part-Time

Overview We are seeking a Part‑Time Receptionist. Schedule: Includes every other weekend rotation and alternate holiday rotation, on‑call hours as needed. The scheduled hours are 8:00am to 1:45pm (11.50 hours per 2 week pay period). Responsibilities In this role you will greet, welcome, and direct visitors, family members and residents who enter our community. Your smile will make someone's day! In addition to greeting people you will operate the phone console to answer incoming calls, answer questions and help direct people to the appropriate department, person or resource. This position will also perform a variety of clerical duties to assist in the operation of the facility. Qualifications Microsoft Office skills. Good verbal & written communications skills and ability to interact with other staff & elderly residents.
