As a Program Manager, you will be an integral part of a team that supports web strategy and integrated marketing, managing and maintaining key digital platforms and supporting high-volume product launches and campaigns. Your work will directly influence the success of major marketing initiatives and web projects, coordinating diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve ambitious goals.


**Responsibilities:**


* Project manage the delivery of product launches and marketing campaigns, including developing detailed workback schedules, managing dependencies, and ensuring launch readiness (e.g., quality assurance, go/no-go decisions).
* Coordinate effectively with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors for product launches, campaigns, and various web projects.
* Support the implementation and administration of operational rigor through standardized processes, templates, service level agreements (SLAs), and launch playbooks.
* Ensure that quality, accessibility, privacy, and compliance standards are consistently met through structured review cycles, diligent issue tracking, and robust release governance processes.


**Required Skills & Experience:**


* Demonstrated strong project and program management experience, particularly in digital, web, or marketing contexts.
* Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
* Ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams and external vendors.
* Experience with intake and ticketing systems.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and collaborate effectively.


**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**


* Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Understanding of web production processes, including design, content management systems (CMS), and accessibility standards.
* Experience with cross-channel marketing campaigns.
* A college degree in any field.
* Additional certifications or advanced studies in program or project management.


Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
