Job Description As a Security Officer Unarmed - Service Patrol in Mesa, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access. Monitor and report security-related incidents, hazards, access concerns, and policy violations using established reporting procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed. Verify credentials and control access to restricted areas in accordance with site-specific requirements. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
