We are seeking a driven, hands‑on New & Used Car Sales Manager to lead daily sales operations, develop a high‑performing team, drive customer satisfaction, and grow both new and pre‑owned vehicle sales. The ideal candidate will be highly engaged with customers, proficient in managing phone, internet, and showroom opportunities, and experienced in used vehicle acquisition and inventory management. Drive customer follow‑up efforts and ensure timely communication with showroom, phone, internet, and unsold customers. Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team. Foster a positive, accountable culture focused on customer satisfaction and results. Acquire quality used vehicle inventory through trades, direct purchases, service drive opportunities, and market sourcing. Manage inventory levels, pricing, merchandising, and reconditioning processes. Monitor CRM activity and ensure consistent follow‑up and lead management practices. Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to achieve dealership goals. Work closely with the General Manager to meet sales objectives and forecasting targets. Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and relationship building. Qualifications Previous automotive sales management experience required. Toyota and/or Lexus experience strongly preferred. Experience with used vehicle acquisition, appraisals, and inventory management. Strong customer relationship and follow‑up skills. Proficiency in CRM‑driven sales environments; Eleads and CDK experience is a plus. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team. Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills. Comfortable with heavy phone, internet, and showroom customer interaction. Professional appearance and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
